In terms of Act No. 18/2018 in the conditions of the City Library Bratislava

In order to comply with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Privacy Terms and Conditions and on Amendments to Certain Acts and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the City Library Bratislava has issued an internal directive on the protection of personal data in the meaning of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. in the conditions of the City Library Bratislava, which entered into force on 25 May 2018.

We hereby inform you that the supervision of the processing of personal data in the City Library Bratislava is provided by EuroTRADING s.r.o., and in accordance with Section 44 of Act No. 18/20128 Coll. and Article 37 of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, provides us with a responsible person who can be contacted at zo@eurotrading.sk .
