Section of Fiction and Foreign Language Literature
The Section of Fiction and Foreign Language Literature offers international works as well as original Slovak and Czech literature, required reading for primary and secondary schools or books about Bratislava. In foreign language literature, language courses and textbooks, you can choose from titles in, for example, English, German, Hungarian or French.
On the second floor you can use a reading room and a study room, both with internet access. You can also find here popular science and professional literature from various scientific disciplines (also in foreign languages), magazines and newspapers. There is also a historical collection available in the study room – the first editions of works of Slovak classic authors.
